INTRODUCING THE AMJO COATING LINE

AMJO IS PROUD TO OFFER A NEW COATING LINE FOR OFF LINE COATING OF UP TO 28X40 INCH SHEETS. THE COATING LINE CONSIST OF: A SHEET FEEDER, A ROLL COATER, A CONVEYOR WITH CATCH PAN FOR DRYING/CURING, AND AN OPTIONAL STACKER.

This is a very affordable way to coat sheets off line. It can produce coated sheets that are of comparable quality to those coated on line, costing more than twice as much as the AMJO COATING LINE.

A Back Suction Stream Feeder, with specially designed suckers to allow consistent feeding of light or heavy sheets. It also has double sheet detector, missing sheet detector, and a pile height of up to 48 inches for easy loading with a pallet jack.

A free standing three roll, top coating, direct roll coater, with v-groove casters and leveling screws built into the main frame. This coater comes with a spare applicator roll, inline heater, air blast sheet stripper, and sheet wrap up detector.

Drying/curing is done by the AMJO CONVEYORIZED DRYING/CURING SYSTEM. For customers using aqueous coatings the conveyor can be equipped with a combination short wave infrared and hot air drying chamber. For customers using ultra violet curable coatings, the conveyor wil be equipped with an ultra violet curing chamber with two (2) RAPID CURE UV lamp heads with variable levels of 125, 200, and 300 wpi, and an optional medium wave hot air bar to aid in the flowing of the UV coating.(For more versatility, both the IR drying and the UV curing system could be provided on one conveyor.) Although the conveyor is equipped with a catch pan , for pallet jack unloading, an optional stacker is available. Standard length for the conveyorized system will be 18 feet, but other lengths can be provided at the customers request.
