AMJO SYSTEM 2000 Conveyorized Curing Systems

These Systems Are Designed To Cure Ultra Violet Reactive Coatings, Inks, And Adhesives. In Applications Including, Screen Printing, Coating Lines, And Off Line Curing With Sheet Fed Presses.

The System 2000 comes standard, 9 feet in length, with a 3 foot curing chamber, a high heat fiberglass mesh belt, variable speed drive to allow belt speeds of 0-300 fpm, swivel casters, and leveling pads.

Three Ultra Violet Curing Systems are available for the SYSTEM 2000 Conveyor. These are as follows.

1- RAPID CURE This is a totally air cooled system, this also makes it the most inexpensive system, however for many applications it is more than adequate.

2- ULTRA CURE This system utilizes a water cooled lamp housing and reflector. This is our most popular system. Being water cooled,there is a substantial reduction of heat to the substrate, as well as surrounding components.

3- KOOL CURE This system also features a water cooled lamp housing and reflector. In addition it uses two (2) quartz tubes with circulating deionized water in front of the UV lamp. This filters out 95% of the infrared energy produced by the bulb before it can reach the substrate. We recommend this system for curing on substrates with a very low tolerance for heat.
