Web Ovens

These ovens are built to customer's specifications, but there are usually three basic configurations.

1- Single or double pass horizontal.

2- Single or double pass verticle.

3- Single pass inverted "J".

As with all of our IR drying systems, the ovens are a combination HOT AIR and INFRA RED. These systems come complete with high volume blowers for fresh air and exhaust evacuation. We offer, as a standard feature, automatic temperature control. This will maintain constant web temperature at all speeds. For most applications, a set of chilled rollers are used to cool down the web after the drying process is complete. We do not manufacture these chilling systems, but will provide them at the customer's request.

Our AMJO combination short wave InfraRed hot air oven is so unique that we have been issued a patent on the design. No other dryer manufactured anywhere can offer an oven that matches the efficient design of the AMJO oven.
